Sentali partners with health-tech companies, startups, and investors to build, ship, and govern AI systems in regulated environments. From prototype to App Store. From research paper to FDA submission.
End-to-end AI engineering and strategy for teams building products in healthcare, deep tech, and regulated environments.
Hands-on development of production AI/ML systems. LLM pipelines, multi-agent architectures, predictive models, RAG, and data pipeline orchestration. We write the code and ship the product.
Navigating the path from research prototype to regulated medical device. IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA 510(k), TGA submissions, AI governance frameworks, and risk management documentation.
Rigorous assessment of AI technology stacks, model architectures, data pipelines, and regulatory readiness for investors, acquirers, and boards. We identify technical debt, scalability risks, and what's real versus what's a demo.
A sample of recent client work across AI engineering, regulatory strategy, and clinical product development.
Built a longitudinal health scoring engine with multi-agent LLM pipelines (Google ADK, Vertex AI), contract-first Python API (Pydantic v2), time-series biomarker processing, and GCP infrastructure. Shipped to a beta production App Store release.
Designed and delivered a clinical data visualisation app with Snowflake pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and interactive dashboards for lab results, imaging, and physiological metrics. LLM pipelines (LangChain + GPT-4) to parse medication data from free-text clinical notes.
Led critical review of FDA regulatory submission documentation and AI governance protocols, ensuring SaMD product readiness and responsible AI deployment.
Leading delivery of predictive clinical decision-support systems for Australia's largest fertility provider. Hands-on AI engineering, LLM pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and SaMD regulatory compliance across all AI deployments.
Every engagement is different. But the principles stay the same.
We write the code, build the pipelines, and deploy the systems. Sentali exists because too many AI strategies die in PowerPoint. We're here to get things into the hands of real users.
We don't bolt compliance on at the end. If you're building a medical device, a SaMD product, or anything that touches patient data, the regulatory pathway shapes the architecture from the start.
Every approach is evaluated through "does this scalably solve the problem?" not "is this technically interesting?" We bring research depth without research timelines.
Contract-first APIs, pytest suites, comprehensive documentation. When the engagement ends, your team inherits a codebase they can actually maintain and extend.
Before founding Sentali, I led AI product and engineering at Virtus Health, built the data science function at Cyban from inception through FDA 510(k) submission, developed real-time ML algorithms for wearable health devices at KYRI, and deployed NLP models into production at Whispir.
My PhD in Clinical Neuroscience taught me how to design rigorous experiments, model complex systems, and translate research into something that actually works. 15+ peer-reviewed publications, 10+ scientific excellence awards, and a deep belief that technology should be built responsibly and for the people who need it.
I also co-founded Deep Tech Melbourne and co-organised WiMLDS Melbourne. I've spoken at King's College London, the University of Oslo, and WiMLDS Global.
Sentali partners with specialist firms to extend our capability across the full AI engineering stack.
Buoyant Systems transforms technical vision into reality. From fractional CTO leadership and AI strategy to principal engineering and team uplift, they build resilient, scalable AI foundations. Their track record includes co-founding AI companies, creating ISO-certified platforms from scratch, and guiding teams to acquisition. We partner with Buoyant to deliver deep technical leadership and production-grade AI infrastructure for our clients.
